Parenting is the hardest job in the world! A 24/7 job with no vacations. Even the most serene person will turn into a worry bug Mom after their first child. The Doctors of society tell you that you must look for something to go wrong with your baby so they can “fix it” their way. Parents are taught to worry about their children which means to project thoughts and feelings of negativity.

For example; when my last two children were very young, I made a transition to a new environment, where a neighbor would tell me several times a day to watch out for my kids playing in the street because they could get hit by a car. This was a quiet residential area where all the children played outside. Five months later my 5yr. Old son was thrown from his bike as a car hit him, and my nine year old daughter was hit by a car while crossing a street outside her school. I was living with horrible anxiety which caused physical illness, so I was in tuned to my neighbor's repetitive fear projected upon my children!!

Project thoughts of good health and well being towards your children and others. If they are sick, tell them they are getting better and better. When people project negativity (worry) upon yourself or your children, tell them that there are Guardian Angels all around yourself and your children and that you trust them completely!

Caring is a feeling projected from alignment of one's center. Caring thoughts have a clear vision of wellness, wholeness, and love. Caring thoughts and feelings are void of fear. Always care about someone and never worry.

Be in your center, your vortex of power, miracles, protection, love and succe$$.

Holding grudges gives resistance to your true self that lives in your vortex. There's no righteous justification for being out of alignment with the center of your being. Judgment and condemnation exist outside of the vortex, where true reality is fragmented and distorted. True reality is only from our true center.

If you cannot forgive others, you cannot forgive yourself, which is to be out of alignment to your true self which is the root of all disease, poverty and war.

Everyone answers to their own alignment or lack of, but when you are deeply aligned into your center you have the power to influence others to align to their center. So the only positive influence anyone can have is when one is centered deep within their vortex where there is power to manifest healing, love and success.

Keep a Gratitude Diary for one year. Make daily entries in the following categories listing the things you appreciate and are grateful for;

Relationships-children, spouse, family, friends, community etc.

Health and Fitness-list progress and celebrate short term goals

Work and business- list things you like about your job or business, see what is going right.

Inspiration, Insights, Knowledge-appreciation for your expanding awareness

Self-Appreciation and Self-Love-list good attributes, talents, and good deeds

Finances, assets- be grateful for the money you have now and coming, appreciate your properties and assets.

As you write in your Gratitude Dairy everyday your mind and your emotions will become trained to resonate with the vibrations of great health, love, wealth and success.
